When a dispute cannot be settled across the table, we take it to the forum that can decide it: the civil and commercial courts, RERA, the NCLT, arbitral tribunals and the High Court of Karnataka, through to execution of the decree.

    Partition, title, injunction, specific performance and possession suits, and the interim relief that protects a property while the case runs.
